Todd and Lauren have shown up to every noon class for a week - commitment and attention to form on everything they do. They are the kind of people we love to train. Great work, you two!

Today is a strength day - "full recovery" in the workout description should be your hint!  Not everything we do is for speed, or for max effort. It's about smart progressions and training efficiently. Trust our programming, come in regularly, and you'll see steady gains without putting yourself at risk of overuse injuries and burnout.
