First classes today

Today is the first day of classes.  The schedule for the whole week is

12-1 Strength and Conditioning with Amy
2-3:30 Individualized programming with Randy
3:30-5 Individualized programming with Randy
5:30-6:30 Strength and Conditioning with Mike
6:30-9 Weightlifting Team Practice with Randy

This week, to attend Randy's times, you should be an existing client of Randy's.  Otherwise, you should be coming to Strength and Conditioning classes.

This is still our soft opening, so classes may be a bit more informal, but do show up on time and ready to work out!  Hope you can make it and see the new gym.
