Happy Friday

Get your Friday workout in with this fun conditioning ladder, and don't forget about Saturday's 10:30 team workout followed by 5 dollar burger day at Whole Foods.

Look for some posts next week about the importance of sleep and nutrition for health and effective training. For now, I'll just say you need to make sure you're coming in properly fueled and rested. Aim for at least 8 hours of sleep a night in a dark room, and eat balanced meals with plenty of protein, veggies, and healthy fats. If you work hard and you play hard, you need to take care of yourself.
