Challenge in the gym

We often face a challenge in the gym. It might be something new, something heavy, something that pushes you out of your comfort zone. You can meet that challenge with fear and excuses, or you can meet it head-on, trying your best. Yesterday's workout with the heavy single thrusters may have made you nervous, but I saw some good working through the challenge. Today's workout, putting together different kettlebell movements that you haven't been doing for very long, may also seem a little intimidating. Just dive in and embrace the challenge, and you may surprise yourself. Keep coming in and working through the challenges we give you, and you'll continue to make progress and grow as an athlete.
