Clean and jerk

Today we will be working on the clean and jerk - that's right, we're putting the two pieces together! Clean and jerk is a great strength exercise that demands precise timing and close attention. You will have a full 3 minutes to get just 3 reps, so take your time, make it pretty, and challenge yourself with the weight.
