Introductory strength program

Weightlifting club practice at 6:30 is a full house.

New Strength Program

We're getting ready to start a 6-week introductory strength program. This is a complement to our S&C class and will be offered from 5:00-5:45, with the expectation that you will join the S&C class after their warm-up. (Update: there has been enough interest that we'll do a 11:30-12:15 strength class which rolls into the 12:00 S&C class) The program will be space-limited and you will need to commit to 4 days a week from July 20 - August 28. You will get a personalized strength program based on your ability and experience. Maxes on the squat, deadlift, and press will be tested before and after the program so you can judge your progress. This is a chance to be part of a pilot program - it will be free of charge to all members. Please let Mike know right away if you are interested or send an email to info@barbellstrategy.com.
