The 2k row is a tough challenge! Remember your time because we will be doing this one again.

There will be no Saturday workout this week because Barbell Strategy is hosting a USAW coaching course all weekend. So join us today and then get out and play this weekend. Or do a big house clean-out and gather some donations for Boulder County Safehouse (see list of needed items in this post) - we will wait until next weekend to make the drop-off.
