Like a cat!

Todd does a great tall box jump with a soft landing. Is he part cat?
Aim for this kind of control on your jumps.
The 6-week strength program starts on Monday. If you want to participate but haven't gotten all your maxes tested (deadlift, press, and squat), we will have a testing day for the Saturday workout, so plan to come in. If you aren't doing the strength program, you can still come in and test your max on up to two lifts. See where you are so you can measure your progress.
