What do you train for?

 



Lauren and Wendy completed their first triathlon yesterday. Congrats!

What do you train for? Do you have a goal, something you want to do? Maybe it's to be better at a recreational sport, maybe it's to learn a new sport, maybe it's to be better at a job with physical demands, or maybe you just want to move and feel better when you go for a walk. Or maybe you want to try a race. You can do it! We want you to help you go after your goals, and we want you to train with goals in mind. What have you been wanting to do?
