Yep, penalty burpees in the workout



Don't put that kettlebell down!

We love kettlebells for developing coordination, balance, and whole-body explosive strength. We really like to include kettlebell movements in conditioning workouts because they are so challenging and versatile. Kettlebells are also about fluent movement and mental toughness/endurance, and it can be a challenge to perform many movements without setting down the kettlebell. Today you'll get a chance to work through that challenge. You decide how heavy to go.
Workout
As many rounds as possible in 7:00:
10 goblet squats
Carry KB length of gym
10 KB swings
Carry back

5 burpees every time KB touches the ground
