Before and After

I love working with Jeremy. He's starting off very strong and not afraid to really try hard (I spend most of my time holding him back!). Unfortunately, his shoulder mobility was so bad that it was really getting in the way of safe movement patterns. Above is the best rack Jeremy could do - this made cleans and front squats nearly impossible.

After only 10 minutes of work at the Rossiter clinic this weekend, Jeremy was able to rack the bar solidly on his shoulders with his elbows nice and high.
