Cherry picking

I think yesterday's workout must have looked intimidating because not a lot of people showed up. We always post weekday workouts ahead of time, but don't use that to cherry pick the workouts. The one that looks the worst to you might actually be the most beneficial. The hill sprints weren't easy, but they were definitely not the hardest thing we've ever done. Sprinting is a wonderful counterpart to lifting heavy, as both draw on fast-twitch muscle fibers. Next time you see something that feels iffy to you, come on out and give it a try. It might be something you need to work on, or it might just surprise you and be fun.
