Stick with it!

Brian made some great progress on the squat this week. 
People doing the strength program have been working hard and making great progress. Now that we're rounding the corner on week 4 of 6, the weights are increasing and the volume is really adding up. You may be feeling a little beat down, especially if you're also doing the regular class workouts. Stick with it, get good sleep, and fuel yourself with good nutrition (and plenty of it). I can't wait to see what you all have accomplished at the end of the 6 weeks. Sneak preview: our next special program will be kettlebells, starting in early September.

Schedule changes: Today, Friday, Monday, and Tuesday, weightlifting/individualized programming hours run from 11:30-1:30 and from 4:30-6:30. We will have weightlifting club hours on Saturday from 10:30-1:30. Normal schedule to resume Wednesday.
