You can't earn bad choices

Being healthy is a series of choices. Every time you choose to eat a nutritious meal, play outside, or get a good night's sleep, you are making a choice to be healthy. Every time you drink too much, stay out too late, eat junk food, or have a TV marathon, you are making a bad choice. No one is perfect - we all make bad choices sometimes. But don't use training as an excuse to make those bad choices. You don't earn your beer by going for a run, you don't earn that pile of holiday cookies by coming in to the gym, and you don't earn that late night by making a new PR. We are here to support and encourage your healthy choices. We won't tempt you with the things you should be avoiding - the gym is a haven where you can focus on being healthy.
