Get ready for the Rowing for Performance program!

Important schedule announcement:  This weekend Coach Randy will be in Denver instructing a USAW course, so Saturday Weightlifting Club hours will be compressed and overlap with S&C class.  The gym will only be open from 10:30 - 12:30 this Saturday.

Important rowing program announcement:  Saturday, October 3 (that's less than 10 days away!) the official rowing program starts.  Kevin and Metta (a real rower!) will be running this for the next 12 weeks with an eye towards a fun (optional) competition in Denver at the end of January. Everyone is welcome to participate, even if you didn't get to do the September introduction to rowing. You'll be getting customized, personalized rowing programs based off your skill level. Because of the extra work to generate the personalized program and because we're bringing in expert outside help, we need to make it an extra-cost program.  It's only $50 for the entire three months (and you'll get a rowing team t-shirt!).  Please sign up for the Rowing for Performance program if you want to row with us this fall.
