Getting heavier

Weight progression throughout the year
You may have noticed that our workouts are getting heavier and we're spending less time at those high weights. We are transitioning out of our strength phase that we do in the summer and into a power-development phase. Now that the sun has gone away (boo! - post equinox sadness), we won't be making enough vitamin-D (and a bunch of other good photosynthesized chemicals) that help us build strength, so we're going to work on focusing that hard-earned strength into explosiveness.
