Labor Day

We had a busy weekend with the Rowing Club and retesting at the end of the strength program.  Jeremy did especially well with a 385 deadlift.

Reminder: We are going to run a reduced schedule on Labor Day. There will be one S&C class at 10:30 and the weight room will be open 10:30 to 1:00 for Weightlifting club.
