Rowing ends...Kettlebells begin

This marks the end of the block of rowing that we've been doing for monostructural conditioning. Anyone who has caught the rowing-bug, the special rowing program starts Saturday.  Be sure to sign up for this one - I'm super proud of my nerdity and the dynamic spreadsheet that learns about your performance that I made for this program. For the next block of conditioning work, I'm going back to my roots and we're going to be focusing on the kettlebell and all the fun stuff you can do with it.
