Rowing program & Labor day hours


Saturday will be busy this week. Many of the folks finishing up the strength program will be in testing their 1RM to see how far they progressed during the program. Additionally, Kevin will be leading the second workout in the rowing program.  If you haven't tried it yet, you can still come check it out. We're being pretty informal for September, so make sure you try it out and learn how technical rowing can be. I'd love to put a large team together to compete at the Denver Indoor Rowing Championships this winter (though no pressure to compete if you don't want to). You'd be surprised how much overlap there is between the lifts and rowing - make sure you take advantage of this!

We are going to run a reduced schedule on Labor Day. There will be one S&C class at 10:30 and the weight room will be open 10:30 to 1:00 for Weightlifting club.
Workout
3 rounds with full recovery:
10 front squats
10 straight-legged deadlifts
