A different kind of triathlon

Today we have a different kind of triathlon. It may be shorter than a traditional triathlon, but it will challenge you mentally and physically! Chalk up those hands and get ready for some reps.
Workout
Kettlebell Triathlon:

5:00 1-arm swings
5:00 snatches
5:00 clean and jerk

switch arms as needed
no break between sets
no setting the kettlebell down (must rest as a rack carry or farmer carry)
