Food prep: get it done

Last week I wrote a rant about how it shouldn't be that hard for an adult to cook real food. Here is some photo evidence. There I have a bunch of bulk cooking I did today. From left to right: burgers, turkey meatloaf, sweet potatoes and squash, fried plantains (after a small person polished most of them off) and chicken breasts. In the background is a spaghetti squash I still need to cook (yes, it's huge), a big bowl of apples, and a bowl of avocados. In the fridge are lots and lots of eggs, bacon, fruit, and salad stuff. This covers breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, and all I have to do is heat stuff up when I'm tired at the end of the day. Plenty of protein. Plenty of fresh produce. No shakes or take-out in sight.
