Workout 1

8:00 snatch / 8:00 rest
4:00 snatch / 4:00 rest
2:00 snatch / 2:00 rest

then 
3 rounds:
8 double KB cleans
Workout 2
20-20-20-20
1-arm swings 
switch arms once per set
increase weight each set

then 
5x5 press

then
overhead carries
