Good habits for the holiday season

The holiday season is here, and that means lots of excuses to skip your workouts. Don't do it! Put your health first during this celebratory but stressful time. Take care of yourself and stick to your workout routine. If something has to slip, let it be work. The upside is that not only will you feel better, you'll already have your good habits in place, so it's one New Year's resolution you can skip this year.

Monday-Wednesday normal schedule
Thursday closed
Friday 10:30-12 Fish Game tournament with prizes, 12-3 weightlifting
