KB snatch today

Lots of KB snatch today. Make sure you spend some time warming up and practicing the movement - you want to be moving correctly before you go heavy. I love the KB snatch, it's a great hip and shoulder workout, plus with enough reps you get some great conditioning too. It's also one of the movements in the TSC that we hope to do in two weeks (make sure you let us know if you're interested).
