Max effort overhead

November ends our heavy cycle for a while, so we are using the rest of this month to get some benchmarks in our lifts. Today we're going heavy overhead with a max effort clean and jerk. We're not OCD about tracking everything we do, but you should know what a heavy single is for you on the main lifts.
