Schedule changes

Michael does a few heavy squats to release myokines and bolster his immune system.
Schedule changes this week:

The 2:30-5 period of individualized programming will be canceled on Friday so that Randy can attend the Hudson Elite fundraiser, the Run Bo Co Gala. If you don't know, the Hudson Elite Running Team is a group of competitive local runners, and we partner with them to offer their athletes strength training to complement their sport-specific training. This fundraiser will help support them in the Olympic trials. If you want to attend, they would love your support. Gala info is here, and you can buy tickets here.

On Saturday, weightlifting team practice will run concurrently with rowing and the Saturday workout, from 10:30-12, so that Randy can coach at the weightlifting meet at CrossFit Roots. Mandi will be competing - go cheer her on!

Thanksgiving schedule:

Next week will be regular schedule Monday-Wednesday, closed Thursday, and one workout at 10:30 on Friday with weightlifting hours from 12-3. Regular schedule Saturday.
