Don't disappear in December

Remember to keep coming in as you can over the holidays. Maintain your fitness, or it's going to hurt when you try to jump back into it. If you have time off work, feel free to mix up your usual time and try out another class time. It will give you the opportunity to get to know some people you don't usually see.

If you have friends, family, or coworkers that are starting to talk about how they're going to get in shape in 2016, tell them about us. We're happy to work with people at any level of fitness and get them on a path to success. The first class is always free. Now that we have Jordan joining the team, we are able to expand our personal training offerings to help ease you into our classes or to help you work on a special skill that you want more practice with.
