Grinches vs. elves


When it comes to the holiday season, which are you - a grinch or an elf? Do you love all the celebration or do you think it's too much fuss? Grinch or elf, here's your chance to team up with like-minded people for a fun little in-house competition. You pick your team based on your level of holiday spirit, and you pick your event: Squat, Row, or KB Swings. Score is max squat in pounds, meters rowed in 1:00, or number of swings in 5:00 * weight in kilos/10.

The team score is the sum of all the team members' scores. Winning team gets bragging rights. Amy and E.J. are already signed up for Team Elf, and Mike and Kevin are signed up for Team Grinch. All members are encouraged to participate - S&C folks, weightlifters, runners, and people on individual programs. What's your team, and what's your event? Come in and get a score, and we'll keep a running total on display at the gym.
