Holiday fun, holiday training

Elves won! But no roast beast or cans of Who Hash have gone missing, so the Grinches really aren't that grinchy.
Thanks to everyone who came out and celebrated with us Saturday at our Barbell Strategy holiday dinner. The food and the company were great.


Now it's back to work. Don't let the holidays sidetrack you. Keep making time to train, and you'll feel better for it.
