Limited schedule today, closed tomorrow


Remember, today we're running a Saturday schedule: class at 10:30, weightlifting club practice at 12:00. Then we're closed tomorrow. Then we'll be open again Saturday with a regular Saturday schedule.

We finish the year with one of my favorite workouts.
