Rowing make-up session tonight

Randy coaches Ben so that he can get some self-Rossier to open up his hip.
Kevin is going to be doing the Tuesday rowing workout tonight since the snow made it hard to get to the gym. It's going to be a fun one: 15 rounds of 1 minute of work, 1 minute of rest.

I hope you saw the previous post about our new team member, Jordan. We'll be adding morning classes and personal training hours - let your friends know.

Finally, make sure you get a training log to keep track of your weights. We've been doing the progressive strength program and you need to know where you are so you can keep progressing. We have a convenient one here if you don't want to think about it.
