Improvement

Davis is showing improvement: the photo on the left is from a month ago, and the photo on the right is from last night.
It was a tough week of workouts. We started with some rowing, tested ourselves going heavy on the kettlebell clean and jerk, did a whole bunch of front squats, and yesterday did a difficult technical workout incorporating snatches, the always-tricky overhead squat, and behind the neck presses. I think everyone experienced something really challenging this week.

I appreciate everyone's hard work and willingness to get after these demanding movements. I always push you to improve your form, to go a little deeper in the squat, to get a quicker lockout overhead, to try that next kettlebell up. Even if you feel like you struggled this week, know that you are making progress and becoming stronger and more athletic every day that you come in. It's gratifying to see people work hard and get better.
