January kick start progress

This has been a great first week of the year. We're happy to see everyone's renewed commitment to their health and training. Remember, we have our friendly January Kick Start competition going. The person who comes in the most in January gets a fabulous prize. Kevin is winning to date, but there's lots of time to catch up.

Change isn't easy, it takes time to make a habit. Keep with it, keep consistent through January and before you know it you'll have a new healthy habit that keeps going throughout the year.
