January Kick Start


While we have had great turnout during the slow holiday season, we have been worried that we haven't seen some of our regulars as regularly as we have been used to. We know you all have a little bit of a competitive streak (that's why you're here), so to help get everyone back in the habit of coming to the gym, we're going to do a little January kick start. We'll keep a count of the number of times you show up in January, and the person who shows up the most will get a fabulous prize (a t-shirt).

We don't want you coming in and beating yourself down and getting injured, but we do want you to get in the habit of showing up every day. So if sleep, work, or over-training is getting to you, come in and do something easy or lighter than we have programmed. Just tell us what you need.

Remember, Jordan starts the 7AM class on Monday.
