Kettlebell program: Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon

In February we will be starting a new kettlebell program that will last through the end of March. It will be Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon. We will still start the class with the posted strength workout, but we will do a kettlebell-focused workout instead of the posted strength and conditioning workout. We'll cover a variety of kettlebell skills, and we'll mix it up quite a bit with the workouts (short, long, heavy, light, strength-focused, skill-focused, complexes, repetition). This is a good opportunity to really get some time in with the kettlebells and learn more efficient form, gain strength, and improve your mental game. There's no need to sign up for the program - just come to the kettlebell class when you want to participate.
