New 7AM class starts today


Today starts Jordan's first week teaching the new 7AM class (Monday-Thursday). Come in and check it out! Taking the morning class means you get your workout done for the day before you even head to work. It's easy to make excuses not to come in as the day wears on, but set that alarm clock early, come in, and you'll get your day off to a great start. Jordan is a great coach, and you will learn a lot from her.

January is a great time for recommitment to your goals. Why did you first start at the gym? Is it becoming too routine? Are you taking training for granted? Use the new year as a fresh start to focus in and get to work. We'll give you the workouts you need to get stronger and feel better - you just need to make training a priority.

This is also the perfect time to introduce your friends, family, or coworkers to our S&C classes. Everyone is talking about those resolutions to get fit. If training on their own has fizzled out before, maybe they need to try something new. Show them how it's done - safely, efficiently, effectively, and with a dose of fun.
