Practicing movement quality

Come in today for a fun conditioning workout. Let's get a big group so we can cheer each other on.

This is a pretty basic workout in that there isn't any way to scale it. Beginner, intermediate, and experienced athletes would all do the same movements. The difference is in the efficiency and quality of movement. We will take some time to practice efficiency and speed in these three movements before we do the workout. As they come up in future workouts, pay attention to how your form improves. Remember that progress is not just going heavier or faster; it's also moving better and with more skill.
