The rowing club prepares for the Denver Indoor Rowing Championships

Ted is training for the Denver Indoor Rowing Championships in mid February - he usually qualifies for the CRASH-Bs (I think at least the last three years!) at this regatta. This is a really fun and friendly competition. If you're looking for a fun way to get a little competition in, come join us the weekend of Feb 13. You'll have no other commitments because the gym will probably be closed that weekend. Amy, Mike, and Kevin will be Denver with the rowing club, and Randy and Jordan will be across town at the Colorado State and Open Weightlifting meet. Since you won't be able to train that week, come compete or cheer everyone on.

Friendly Reminder. Our schedule is getting complicated: Jordan is here most mornings, rowing isn't every day, we have a few private classes... So get in the habit of checking our schedule at barbellstrategy.frontdeskhq.com/schedule (or use the nifty link at the top of our webpage).  Additionally, if you're planning on coming in for one of the Individualized Programming sessions, give Randy some notice. You can sign up for a class ahead of time using the schedule. If no one is signed up ahead of time, Randy will likely not be there - he's putting some serious effort into revising his weightlifting book, and it's not easy to do sitting in the back of the gym.
