Reminder about the 7AM class

Just a reminder that we have a 7AM class Monday through Thursday. Not many people have been taking advantage of it. If you're having trouble making it in to the gym 3 or more times a week because you're having work or personal conflicts with your regular class time, set that alarm early 1 or 2 days a week. An early morning workout gets you energized for the day, you get it done with before you start work, and as Aja put it, you don't have time to talk yourself out of going!
