Don't miss the women's weightlifting meetup!


This Saturday, Jordan is hosting a women's weightlifting meetup open to any local women who are interested in weightlifting. Everyone of any ability or experience (or lack of) with weightlifting is welcome. Jordan will tailor the workout to your skill level and give you a great workout.  Be sure to be at the gym ready to go at 1:00!

There has been a lot of interest in the meetup, so if you are new to Barbell Strategy, be sure to create an account with us and sign the waiver. There's no obligation to come if you create the account, we just want to get all of the lawyer-y stuff out of the way so that we can spend all of our time lifting.
