Recommended viewing: The Barkley Marathons


This week, on Randy's recommendation, we watched The Barkley Marathons, a documentary about a really intense running race in rural Tennessee. I came away from it feeling really inspired, not just about athletic endeavors, but about life in general. For me, the takeaway message was that challenge is really important in our lives, and that ultimately, we need to seek out and create our own challenges. That to really live life, we need to immerse ourselves in it. It's a really interesting movie to watch - see if your heart isn't in your throat at the end.

Let's go heavy today. How much can you get overhead? This is a great opportunity to seek out that challenge (without pathfinding in the mountains of Tennessee).
