What do you get as a member?

Josh is taking the pre-workout strength program seriously.  In just a few weeks he's made some serious gains.
For those of you who are fairly new to us, or those who are reading and thinking of joining, we'd like to remind you of what is included with your membership. A Barbell Strategy Unlimited membership includes unlimited access to our strength and conditioning classes, which are at 7AM, noon, and 5:30 PM. (The 7 will probably be shifting to a bit earlier soon.) You also have access to our individualized programming hours, which are always coached and include programming written by our coaches specifically for your needs. You may join our weightlifting team and join team practice to train for a meet - all abilities welcome. No matter when you use the gym, you have a coach there supervising. You have small classes and lots of individual attention. And you have a great sense of community and friendly faces to support you in your fitness journey.
