Where yinz at?

So we've been doing really great the last couple of weeks.  The 5:30 class has been full and we've had a great group of regulars. Then I assign a tough rowing workout and only the two hardcore guys show up. Be sure not to cherry pick workouts. The conditioning workouts are important too!

Seriously though, I do know a bunch of you are getting sick - something is going around town! Be smart and stay home and rest if you are sick. It's not good for you to be working out when you're not feeling well. It's not good for the other members if you come in a get them sick. And it's not good for me if you come in and get me sick.

Soon the sun will be out and we'll all get our Vitamin D back and we can start training hard. Just hold on through the last month of winter.
