April Schedule Info


Crazy April weekend schedule: This Saturday (9th), Jordan is hosting another women's weightlifting meetup at 1:00-2:00 which will interfere with weightlifting club practice. The next weekend (16th-17th) we may be cancelling all classes and practice because Randy is hosting a USA Weightlifting Advanced coach's course - we don't know know for sure because we need to see if enough people sign up to make it an official course.  The next Saturday (23rd), Jordan is hosting a meetup/squat clinic at 1:00-2:00 which will interfere with weightlifting club practice. And finally, the last weekend (30th-1st), the weightlifting team will be at Front Range CrossFit for a weightlifting meet.

Yikes, lots of changes - the best thing to do is watch our official schedule here. Also, if you sign up for a class or practice ahead of time, if we do move the time or cancel it, you'll automatically get notified - pretty nifty!

Another schedule announcement: Starting April 18 we're going to push the morning S&C class a half hour earlier to 6:30AM. This will make it easier to get to work in the morning after the workout.
