Get outside!

Slow shutter on the iPhone, but we were able to catch the pull and punch on Josh's KB snatch.
As the weather is getting warmer and the days are getting longer, make sure you're getting some time outside. Sunlight, fresh air, and natural movement are great for your physical health, your strength gains, and your mood too.

Reminder: the major construction project on Baseline starts this week. Leave a bit early to get to the gym to learn the new traffic patterns, and if you're on foot, please be careful because drivers will be distracted.


Workout
strength - add weight from last time (more info) 

squat 3x5 

then

3 rounds, 1 minute each:

KB swings
row
overhead plate walking lunges
burpees
rest
