If I want a day off, I should just program some running.

It's amazing how small the classes are on the low-level cardio days. Congrats to those who showed up yesterday. It's important to do those workouts in addition to the fun heavy barbell stuff.
This Saturday we're doing another meetup from 1-2. This one is open to anybody. Jordan is going to run a squat clinic. Whether you're new to squatting or just need some tweaks to your form, you'll learn something great from Jordan. Free for members, $10 for non-members.


Workout
strength - add weight from last time (more info) 

press 3x5 

then

at your own pace:

1-2-3-4-5 pull-up ladder
then
50 heavy KB swings
then
5-4-3-2-1 pull-up ladder
