Make it look easy!

Check out Brian on the right pulling under the bar for the power clean. Lauren, Aja, and Brian put a great effort into the workout today.
We got in a lot of barbell movements in one workout yesterday - from the press/snatch/OHS warm-up to the front squats to the power cleans, more front squats, and more presses. I was impressed that everyone kept their attention on form throughout all the reps and switches from one movement to the next. You may not realize it, but you've all made such progress in the relatively short time you've been training at Barbell Strategy. Think of what you know today compared to what you knew a year ago. Moving a barbell in all these different ways, with speed and strength and efficiency, is not an easy task, but our members are starting to make it look easy.
