No classes this weekend

Back to rowing for our cardio days
Reminder: no classes this weekend. Weightlifting practice is 11:30-12:30 during the lunch break for Randy's course - get in, get warmed-up quickly, you only have a hour.  We also need some volunteers to participate in a mock meet Sunday at 10:15.
Workout
strength - add weight from last time (more info) 

squat 3x5

15 minutes to work up to a heavy squat

then
12-9-6 at 65%
