Impromptu TSC today

I think since the weather is getting nice and you guys have been putting a lot of effort in all winter working on your strength program that we'll do an informal mini tactical strength challenge today. We'll be a little rushed, so we'll do it as 20 minutes each: 3 attempts for a 1RM deadlift, 1 attempt for max pull-ups, and 5 minute KB snatch test.

The great thing about the TSC is that when you read the events, there's usually one you love (deadlift for me), one you're pretty good at (snatch), and one you hate (pull-ups). It's the great equalizer since being good at all of three requires some significant training and athleticism.
