Last chance for the endurance trial program

We're sending out the kick-off email to the endurance program athletes right now. If you're interested or even on the fence, be sure to let us know and we'll get the details out to you.  Don't be alarmed if you're not an endurance athlete right now (I bet you weren't a strength athlete when you joined us, either), this is just another way to train that will help build fitness without beating you down.  Here are some reasons to do the endurance program:

  • you currently participate in an endurance sport and want to get better
  • you'd like to lean out or lose weight
  • you're feeling like high-intensity work is too much for you
  • you'd like to take on a physical challenge this summer and don't want to bonk
  • you want to try something new and see how it works for your fitness
Don't worry, we won't let you get weak - we still think strength is the most important skill.



Workout
strength - add weight from last time (more info) 

power clean 5x3 

then

10 rounds

every 2:00
2 snatches (~90% or higher, but perfect form - take your time!)
